INSTRUCTIONS FOR DATA CONVERSION JOB

INSTRUCTION TO FOLLOW

1) Each converted image file should have the same name as the original file name. For ex:- if the original image file name is File-0340.jpeg then the converted word file name should be File-0340.doc

2) Each converted file should have the following formatting properties:

Margins: 

Top: 1.25", Bottom: 1.25", Left: 0.75", Right: 0.75", Gutter: 0", Gutter Position: left

Paragraph Settings:

Line spacing: 1.5 lines

Font: Courier New

Text Size: 10

Headings Size: 16

Sub-headings Size: 14

Sub-sub-headings Size 12

Other headings should be of size: 10

All other settings should be default.

3) Header/footers/Page Breaks/Column Mode/Page Numbers should be aligned as per the original image file. Remove page border if any.

4) Spelling should be as per the original image file. No manual correction is required.

5) Bolds/Italics text (including body and headings) should be as per the original image file.

6) If the image file contains any image/photo/picture, just remove it in the converted doc file and adjust the remaining text accordingly. Tables are not considered as image files. Background images needs to be removed if any.

7) If there is any special character in the word that is not supported by Microsoft Office Word, then type <m> for that word/character in the word doc file.

8) If the line is not clear in the image file than type <l> for that in the word doc file. 

9) If the word is not clear in the image file than type <w> for that in the word doc file.

10) All the pages are already checked for its visibility under zoom with the provided software, so there will be no case arise which says the whole file contents are not visible.

11) Sub-scripts/super-scripts/formulas/Tables should be as per the original image file.

12) There should be two spaces after each full-stop and Coma.

13) Following are the error parameters:

Each file consists of 100 points and the accuracy will be calculated on the basis of these parameters for the full allocated set.

File Name Error:        per file 0.50 points will be deducted

Formatting :-              per file 0.50 points will be deducted

Enter:-                         per file 0.20 points will be deducted

spacing:-                    per file 1.00 points will be deducted

spelling:                      per file 1.00 points will be deducted          

others:                        per file 0.30 points will be deducted

Payment calculation:

For example your allocated set contains 100 image files.

So Total Points : 100*100 = 10,000 points ( Your work will be measured on this accuracy)

If you have done total mistakes of 5,00 points for example, then your accuracy will be ((10,000 - 5,000)/10,000)*100 = 95 %

Your payment : if accuracy is between 98%-100%, then 100*120 Rs. =12,000 Rs.

Your payment : if accuracy is between 95%-97%,  then 100*100 Rs. =10,000 Rs.

Your payment : if accuracy is below 95%, then 100*0 Rs. = 0 Rs. ( NO PAYMENT)

14) After completion of your work, you need to send the converted set at gorakh.systems@yahoo.com in zip format. If the zip file is too large, then please send it in smaller sets. Company will reject the incomplete submitted work without any further hearing on this.

15) Your Submission information and other details will be updated in your account link once your completed work will be received on time.

16) If you are interested in your detailed work error report, then a fees of 400 Rs. will be required to pay.

GENERAL INFORMATION

 1) The work involved conversion of image files to word document.

2) You can either type the page or you can use the software also.

3) We will provide you complete software for data conversion along with its license. All the cost of software is included in the plan charges.

4) Per page you are eligible for 100 Rs. - 120 Rs. depending on your accuracy.

5)  The work should be of high accuracy.

6) Accuracy will be calculated for the whole set and not per page and incomplete work set will not be accepted and no further hearing will be possible in that regard.

7) Your 1st payment will be given after the completion of your work. From 2nd assignment you will get 50% advance payment.

8) If you are not able to complete the 1st assignment on time, no further work will be allocated to you, no processing of the work will be done.

9) You can download the image files and software once you register ,from our website and the same you need to complete in specified time and mail us back.

10) The following are the rates:

 If your accuracy is 98% - 100% = 120 Rs. per page.

 If your accuracy is 95% - 97% = 100 Rs. per page.

 If your accuracy is below 95 % =  no payment will be given.
