INSTRUCTIONS FOR MS EXCEL WORK 

 1. Open any Web site

2. Enter the assigned keyword and location

3. Click on search button

4. ( A list of companies will be displayed on the web page)

5. Find detail of the company from CONTACT DETAILS option.

6. Copy the required information about the company in your excel sheet.

Note: Following entries are compulsory for every company :
(company name, Address, City, State,  Phone,  Email, Website, Business Details)
Following entries are optional (If you are not able to find these entries you can leave it blank) : 
( Mobile, Fax, Contact Person )

 

  • The work must be done in the same format as given on the website.
  • The data of only Limited and/or Private Limited companies can be listed.
  • The address of a company must include house number.
  • The format of phone number must be like - (std code) - (phone no) for e.g. in Delhi ph no will be 011-26467122
  • All mobile numbers should start with zero (0). For e.g. 09711270088.

7. The work should be as per the sample file format only.

8. Work will be allocated for maximum 7 days only or maximum 1000 entries or minimum 700 entries.

9. There should be no duplication of any information in the excel sheet.

10. All the entries in the excel should be accurate as before making the payment authenticity of such data will be checked and if found any incorrect information, your candidature will be cancelled and no further work will be allocated.

11. Incomplete work i.e. less than 700 entries or greater than 1000 entries or non-submission of work as per scheduled deadlines or fraudulent entries or incorrect entries will lead to cancellation of candidature and no further work will be allocated.

12. Data captured from yellow pages or any other directory services will lead to cancellation of candidature and no further work will be allocated.

13. You are also eligible to get your work verification report by making the payment of 400 Rs.

14. Once found inaccuracy in work, no further work will be allocated to you and no payment will be given and no hearing is possible in that regard.

15. From second assignment, you will be eligible for 50% advance payment.

16. You need to submit your work before your work allocation expiry date through mail by attaching the xls file in zip form to gorakh.systems@yahoo.com
