1) When I will be eligible for payment ?

 You are eligible for payment as soon as you start your work, although to avoid small amount transfer we do weekly and monthly payments.

You will get your payment in the mode you specified after registration in STEP4. 

3) Is my amount refundable ?

4) When and how much I will get on each referral ?
